CODE OF ETHICS REQUIREMENT

Don’t forget to fulfill your Code of Ethics Training Requirement by 12/31/21! WHO WE ARE

REALTOR® is a federally-registered trademark reserved exclusively for members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and its affiliated state and local chapters. Members abide by a Code of Ethics that holds them to standards of practice that exceed state licensing law, differentiating them from non-member agents. Membership in the organization is voluntary and consists of both residential, commercial agents and brokers as well as industry affiliates in the following communities and beyond— Amesbury, Byfield, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury, and West Newbury. The above cities/towns are the jurisdictional area for National Association of REALTORS®, however Greater Newburyport REALTORS® serves many communities outside this jurisdiction.
